Construction Foreman (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced foreman to organize and supervise construction and fit-out works on projects across the UAE.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate crews, control quality, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Organize daily works on the construction site
• Assign tasks to crews and monitor completion
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and specialists
• Control quality of construction and fit-out works
• Ensure compliance with project technologies and requirements
• Verify completed works against drawings and documentation
• Monitor use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Track task deadlines and daily progress
• Prepare photo reports and status updates
• Liaise with Site Manager, engineers, and project representatives
• Enforce health and safety rules on site
• Resolve operational issues on the ground

• 3+ years as Foreman / Site Supervisor on construction or fit-out projects
• Hands-on experience managing work crews
• Fit-out experience is an advantage
• Ability to read construction drawings and documentation
• Understanding of construction sequences and processes
• Responsibility, independence, and results focus
• UAE experience is an advantage
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
• English for on-site communication is an advantage
