What is Included in Annual Maintenance?
Each CYFR AMC package includes a certain volume of scheduled and on-demand maintenance for your property.
- Schedule of planned maintenance for AC, electrical, and plumbing systems within the agreed volume.
- On-demand visits for diagnostics and minor repairs according to the selected package.
- Specialist labor for work types included in the contract.
- Parts limit up to 250 / 500 / 1,000 AED per year for Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages.
- Additional services depending on package: move-in/move-out reports, disinfection, minor stone/wood/painting repairs, window cleaning, and minor works within a certain number of hours per year.
What is NOT Included in AMC?
- Capital works: roofing, waterproofing, full painting or re-grouting, cabinet and door replacement, structural defects.
- Kitchen appliances and standalone equipment.
- Specialized systems: fire alarm, BMS, smart home programming, duct cleaning, and similar works.
- Special types of pest control: termites, gas fumigation, locusts, wood borers, birds, bed bugs, and storage pests.
- Primary DLP / MEP defects not within CYFR responsibility.
- Height work above 3 meters requiring lifts or scaffolding.
- Permits and special approvals/fees from government authorities.
