Site Manager — Fit-out (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead fit-out projects across the UAE.

You will be fully responsible for the site: organizing the construction process, coordinating all stakeholders, controlling timelines and quality, and delivering works to client requirements.

We consider candidates with relevant UAE fit-out experience only.

• Full management of the construction process on site
• Organize fit-out works per project documentation and schedule
• Plan work stages and monitor project deadlines
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Control quality and compliance with project requirements
• Ensure construction standards and client requirements are met
• Liaise with the client, consultants, engineers, and internal team
• Prepare the site for subsequent work stages
• Monitor material deliveries and site supply
• Analyze progress and resolve technical and operational issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare status reports
• Enforce safety and internal company standards
• Participate in handover of completed works to the client

• Experience as Site Manager / Project Supervisor / Construction Manager in construction or fit-out
• 2+ years managing sites in the UAE
• Fit-out project experience is a strong advantage
• Practical experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Knowledge of construction processes and quality control methods
• Ability to work with drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Technical supervision and site organization skills
• UAE driving licence strongly preferred
• High level of English is a major advantage
