Who We Are
CYFR is a design-led company that brings together architects, interior designers and an engineering team to create and deliver turnkey interiors in the UAE.
For more than 9 years, we have worked in the Dubai market, creating residential and commercial interiors for property owners, investors, developers and commercial spaces.
The key difference of CYFR is our own construction team and systematic delivery control at every project stage.

Fit-Out & Project Delivery
After the design stage, CYFR takes responsibility for complete implementation and delivers turnkey fit-out works from site preparation to final handover.

Scope of Works
We provide a full scope of works: interior design, materials supply, engineering systems, finishing, technical supervision, professional snagging and handover support.
Permits & Approvals
We manage developer NOC, work permit, gate pass, community/facility management approvals and government authority approvals required for renovation and fit-out in the UAE.
Warranty & Service
Every project receives a 12-month warranty. After warranty, CYFR offers Annual Maintenance Service with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.
