Sales Assistant (Remote)

Support the sales team with inbound leads, CRM updates, and client communication in Russian and English.

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist to support our sales department — handling inbound client requests, helping organize team workflows, and ensuring high-quality processing of leads at every stage of initial contact.

Your main goal is to respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries, qualify potential clients, maintain the CRM, and help the Head of Sales manage the client pipeline effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Process inbound requests from the CRM and handle initial client communication
  • Identify client needs and collect information about the request and property
  • Qualify enquiries and assess potential clients
  • Maintain and update the client database in amoCRM
  • Track interaction stages and update deal statuses on time
  • Coordinate meetings for the Head of Sales (online and offline)
  • Remind clients about scheduled meetings and next steps
  • Collect feedback after commercial proposals are sent
  • Prepare simple reports on current lead activity

Requirements

  • Fast response to inbound requests — initial reply within 5 minutes
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client support is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably amoCRM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate with clients in English and Russian
  • Attention to detail, organization, and accountability
  • Proactive approach to client follow-up at every stage
